Paji dishes are unique to the chef’s culture, travels, heart for art, friends, and highly influenced grandparents. Culinary school played a role, but it’s the roots that were planted by family that sparked the place. Paji represents experiences of food, family, & destinations all of which contribute to significant life memories. The food is sourced well and uses only the best purveyors of the land. Ajoi is about food with flava, aroma, and texture wrapped in healthy eats. She got y’all, come feel the flavor explosion.
